At Yemeni Khalta, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if it is approved.

Refunds are not available for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. To process your request, you may be asked to share your order details and clear photos of the product.
